Fondue Cheese
"Fondue" cheese refers to any cheese that is used for melting, then used as a dip for breads, meats and vegetables. Traditional Swiss fondue cheese is predominantly attributed to Switzerland. However, France and Italy also have great, very distinctive, and flavorful versions of cheeses for fondue.
