Tuxford and Tebbutt

One of the oldest creameries in The United Kingdom, Tuxford and Tebbutt has been running since 1780, producing many award-winning English cheeses, especially their famous Blue Stilton - they're one of five cheesemakers allowed to produce this classic British cheese. Other classic English cheeses under their belt are Shropshire Blue and Leicester Gold. Tuxford and Tebbutt use traditional techniques like hand-turning on their cheeses, each wheel individually matured and graded to ensure quality and consistency, with methods they have perfected over the past 235 years.
