Beemster

Beemster cheese is made by a coop of farmers in The Netherlands, specializing in authentic, aged Gouda cheese (Beemster cheese is practically synonymous with Gouda). The cheese is made from the milk of cows that graze freely in rich fertile pastures that are inside a Unesco World Heritage Site and their artisanal cheeses are made following traditional (and top secret) recipes. The result is award-winning cheeses that are creamy, flavorful and quintessentially Dutch.
