Danish Cheese

Where there are cows, sheep, goat or buffalo, there is cheese, and Denmark is no exception. The Danes love their cheese and this country is home to several of our favorites. From the lovely melt-able Havarti cheese, to the mild and zesty Danish Blue Cheese, to original creations like Mycella Blue cheese, Denmark offers a small, but comprehensive cheese selection for all palates.
