Scholten Family Farm

With their organic herd of happy Dutch Belt cows, Patty and Roger Scholten craft quality, delicious cheeses in their family-owned and run dairy in Weybridge, Vermont. They named one of their first cheeses after the town, an organic bloomy rind cheese that’s incredibly smooth, creamy and delicious, aged and perfected at the Cellars at Jasper Hill.
