Onetik

A French dairy cooperative located at the food of the French Pyrenees, at the heart of the Basque county of France, Onetik focuses on extraordinary cheeses of the French Basque tradition, specially sheep's milk cheeses from the milk of local breeds of sheep like Manech and Basco-Bearnaise. Onetik is made up of 470 farmers, yet despite its size this large coop still uses traditional recipes and techniques, producing wonderfully flavorful and unique cheeses like Bleu de Basques and Ossau Iraty.
