Croatian Cheese
The most famous cheeses in the world might come from France, but in 2014, the best sheep's milk cheese in the world came from an unexpected place: Croatia. Croatia is home to the now famous Paski Sir cheese, which is an artisanal cheese made in the Croatian island of Pag, where the sheep graze on fields of wild sage, infusing the milk with a lovely fresh flavor and gorgeous fragrant aroma that's then transferred onto the cheese itself. Croatian cheese is a great addition to the cheese board, adding a delicious and unique touch.
