Canadian Caviar

The cold and pristine oceans and rivers of Canada are home to teeming fish populations, and the most spectacular and prized is by far the delicious salmon. Bright and brilliantly orange, large and juicy salmon caviar roe pops in the mouth. Salmon roe caviar used in many Japanese dishes - especially to top sushi rolls. Canada is also home to many sturgeon fish farms that produce sustainable caviar from river sturgeon.
