Bulgarian Farmed Caviar

With a privileged position on the coast of the Black Sea, Bulgaria is a natural candidate for aquaculture. In recent years a number of high quality farmed Russian Bulgarian Osetra caviar has started coming out of their excellent fish farms. Farmed Bulgarian caviar comes from premium Russian sturgeon stocks of acipenser Gueldenstaedti, the most prized Osetra, and the resulting caviar is one of the most highly rated Osetra caviars in the market.
