Smoked Trout
We love a good smoked fish dip, but we also love to savor our smoked trout by itself, over a slice of fresh toasted bread. Smoked trout is incredibly similar to smoked salmon, and can eaten the same way - paired with crème fraiche on blini, as a substitute for lox on bagels, tossed into salads or paired with some creamy brie as an appetizer.
