Helmed by master charcutier Elias Cairo, they specialize in flavorful, artisanal charcuterie crafted with local ingredients, like all-natural, antibiotic free, sustainably raised and humanely slaughtered pork meat, and local nuts and honey.

A: This product comes in a long terrine, approximately 12 inches long by 4 inches wide. Simply invert the terrine onto a serving dish or board, and then we recommend slicing it into 1/4 inch slices, which can then be further portioned depending on how you intend to use it. We suggest serving on a sliced baguette and you may find a fig spread as a nice complement.
