Sweetheart Ham - Boneless

A perfectly-sized ham! These little sweetheart hams by Olympia Provisions are crafted out of all-natural pork sirloin tip sourced from local Oregon farms, brined to perfection in a bath of juniper berries, fresh herbs, fresh garlic, and fresh onions for 10 days. To finish off, these boneless hams are smoked over applewood chips for about 10 hours to develop a flavor that’s sweet, smoky and with the right amount of piquancy. 

The crust of this mouthwatering artisan ham is beautifully browned and bubbling, the rosy pink meat inside is tender and succulent – a masterpiece! Each sweetheart ham weighs in at about 2.25 lbs., which is the perfect, manageable size for slicing and handling in our kitchen. This is fully cooked and deboned, so just slice thinly for sandwiches or chop into salads, quiches and savory tarts, or stuffings. Just try not to eat it all in one sitting!
