The 3 caviars include:

Osetra Karat Black: a highly revered caviar harvested from Russian Osetra sturgeon raised in innovative Israeli aquafarms. Its medium to large glossy pearls have a firm yet velvet-smooth texture, and a robust flavor profile with hints of nuts.

Beluga Hybrid: From Italy, this Beluga and Siberian Sturgeon hybrid yields glistening pearls with a buttery, earthy flavor.

Kaluga Fusion Sturgeon Caviar, Amber: similar to Beluga, the Kaluga sturgeon spends much of its time in saltwater, lending its big, glistening eggs a refreshing flavor with buttery consistency. Crossbred with Amur sturgeon for a unique "fusion" caviar.
