American Caviar

Although traditionally considered a Russian treat, caviar can be produced anywhere that fish thrive. The US (especially California) is home to many aquafarms that raise different varieties of sturgeon, while other roes like Trout, Salmon, Bowfin, Hackleback and Paddlefish are harvested from domestic species of fish.
