A delicious blend of 50% duck foie gras with duck fat, cream and eggs, then flavored with Port wine. Fully ready to eat, cut into 1 inch slices and serve over crackers, toast or blinis as appetizers and hors d'oeuvres.
Ingredients: Duck foie gras, duck fat, cream 15% (ilk, cream, carboxymethyl-celluose, guar gum, carob gum, mono and diglycerides, carrageenan), eggs, modified milk ingredients, Port wine, salt, sugar, spices, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
