Q: How long can you keep the caviar unopened?
A: The shelf life of the unopened caviar is around 2 weeks. It needs to be kept refrigerated at about 26 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit (-1°C -+4°C). Once opened it should be used within 1-2 days.
