American caviars) have the advantage of being by far the freshest caviar
product. Moreover, Hackleback is a true sturgeon like a Sevruga and
Osetra, and with that comes that nutty flavor in its caviar that is so
characteristic and beloved in that species. Glistening black eggs make
this a true caviar experience.

A: Caviar is highly perishable and thus it will have a short shelf life (2-3 weeks maximum). It needs to be kept refrigerated, in the coldest part of the refrigerator (the bottom of the lower shelf). Once opened it should be used within 1-2 days.
