Quickly freezes them to retain flavor and texture , they're totally natural, 90% fruit and 10% sugar, and no artificial preservatives or dyes added. The sweet tropical pineapples retain all their flavor and fantastic color. This frozen puree is smooth and thick, full of flavor and texture. Use to create sorbets, smoothies, ice creams, jellies and jams, sauces, pastry fillings. Our favorite? Frozen cocktails, only a blender and your favorite liquor needed! To use: thaw out in the fridge for about 12 hours, or at room temperature for 8 hours. Store in the fridge after opening and consume quickly. Product may be refrozen once defrosted and may arrive partially defrosted

A: Hello. This product does not actually list a serving unit size or a serving per container as it comes from France and isn't required to list these values. For use in a smoothie, it depends a bit on how you are going to make it. I'd roughly guess that you could make about 25 smoothies out of a container. I use this frequently to make a virgin pina colada smoothie, and we typically use about 1/5 of the puree from the container mixed with some pineapple juice, water and ice to make enough smoothies for five 8 oz glasses.
