Spanish Oils

Few cultures use as much olive oil as the Spanish do. They rub it in their cheeses, drizzle it over their meats, and pretty much go wild with it in the kitchen. They also have varieties of olives that only grow in there, like Hojiblanco and Picual, creating olive oils that are deliciously different from any other in the market.
