Jasper Hill Moses Sleeper is a wonderfully gooey, puffy cheese from Vermont that is eagerly waiting to take center stage on your next festive cheese board. Named after a Revolutionary War hero, this Brie-like cheese was created by brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler, using milk from a single herd of Ayrshire cows.

What sets Moses Sleeper cheese apart is its complex herbaceous flavor profile, with nuances of grass, green vegetables, nuts and wildflowers giving way to a mushroom-hinted finish. Texturally, the cheese is bloomy-rinded with a milky interior that gets gooier towards the center without becoming overly runny. Moses Sleeper was created by the master cheesemakers at Jasper Hill Farms.
