Availability Details: Fresh truffles are delivered to us twice weekly from Italy. Prices listed can only be guaranteed for orders shipped out ASAP as prices may change each week. Orders for fresh truffles placed with a requested future delivery date, will be charged based on the market price at the time the order ships. With all fresh truffle products you are charged based on the actual weight shipped. Truffles are subject to availability and we can not always guarantee future delivery date availability of the truffles.
Storage: tightly wrapped and refrigerated
Availability: Usually ships within 1 business days. Product is perishable and must ship via Overnight service.

Q: Can the black truffle be gift wrapped and how long can I keep it the refrigerator thank you
A: We cannot gift wrap the truffles. They are perishable and need to be kept refrigerated all the time before usage. They will last for about 3-4 days in the refrigerator. After this period they will start losing their flavor.
