Andouillete is a very intense traditional French sausage. Be cautioned: it has an intense, stinky smell! If you can get past that, it is served either hot - pan fried, grilled, or boiled - or cold, served with bread and other meats. Fabrique Délices selects a limited number of "All Natural" meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality. All meats used in this "All Natural" line of products are guaranteed antibiotics & hormones free. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by- product), and they are free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites.
