Merguez Sausage
The North African influence in France inevitably brought with it cooking and eating traditions, and with them, this deliciously spicy Merguez. The deep red color and piquant flavor comes from the chili paste, and the full and complex flavor from the lamb and spices.
This pork-free sausage is encased in a natural lamb casing and is completely all-natural and free of any additives or preservatives.
Fabrique Delices is based out of San Francisco's Bay Area, where they have been perfecting their French meat curing recipes since 1985.
Ingredients: lamb, water, paprika, salt, olive oil, spices (coriander, marjoram, allspices, nutmeg, caraway), cayenne pepper, granulated garlic, pepper, natural lamb casing.
