The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made by Gourmet Imports.
It is a blend of olives from 3 different countries: 40% Mission Olives (from Mexico), 20% Coratina Olives (from Italy), 10% Picual Olives and 20% Arbequina Olives (both from Uruguay). They are harvested and pressed in their country of origin.
The flavor profile is fruity, rich, not too spicy nor too acidic.
