A hearty beef stew is always a welcome dish on a cold winter's day, but when that beef is buttery, marbled Wagyu, and you toss in some malty stout beer for good measure, what was once a comfort dish becomes a lesson in culinary luxury! In honor of St. Patrick's day, we used Ireland's favorite brew, the beloved Guinness, which we love for it's deep chocolate flavor and roasted coffee notes. If you can't find that or you prefer a different brew, make sure you pick something dark and stouty to match up to the beef. Just make sure you don't drink it all!
