St. Maure - Buche de Chevre
A buche is simply a log-shaped cheese, while a chevre is a goat - hence, a buche de chevre is log-shaped goat cheese! Outside it has a dusty white rind, which protects a paste that is so superbly creamy, thick and rich, no description will ever do it justice.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, lactic ferments, rennet.
