A classic and delicious cheese, Taleggio is a washed rind cow's milk cheese from Italy, aged naturally and without intervention in caves. The cheese is washed in brine to develop a rind that protects the creamy interior, and gives it a rich spicy flavor with a lovely nuttiness.
