Lime Oil - Pure
John Boyajian started exporting New England lobster to Europe back in 1978, and then turned his small company into a profitable caviar importer. Drawing on his Armenian heritage and family traditions, he developed a line of infused olive oils the market had not yet seen. These citrus oils are all natural essences cold pressed from the rind of the fruit. Extracts and flavorings don't come close to the remarkable intensity of these oils. Lime oil should be used sparingly in place of zest or peel. As a general rule, use up to 1/2 teaspoon per cup of dry ingredients, plus 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid ingredients in any recipe.
