The wild, naturally rich and sweet flavor of Texas wild boar shines in this flavorful brat, made with boar that's sourced from San Antonio. The meat is seasoned a signature blend of spices, onion and garlic, for a great flavor that's never gamey or overwhelming. Great grilled or pan-seared and served a classic bun topped with onions and peppers. Serve it like they do in Winsconsin with sweet pickles and a toasted hard roll, or with sauerkraut! Or take it out the casing and crumble on a pasta sauce for a great and filling dish.

Our boars are humanely trapped and transported for slaughter, never hunted, and are sourced from Texas farms. This is one of the world's truly wild meats, from pigs that graze on grass, nuts and roots and are never penned, never given antibiotics, hormones or steroids.

To defrost, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and use within 5 days.
