This incredible Maple Syrup from Vermont is 100% natural and exploding with traditional flavor. Maple Syrup is graded solely by its color - from light to dark - and this velvety syrup by Spring Brook Farm is classed Grade A, making it the lightest side of the spectrum, with a light amber hue. It has a smooth and silky texture with a sweet, distinctive flavor that includes hints of caramel with overtones of toffee.
There are countless ways to enjoy the rich flavors of this syrup: indulge in its natural glory and pour generously over pancakes, waffles and French toast, drizzle over oatmeal, or use it to add a denser sweetness to baked goods. You can also use this exceptionally versatile syrup in a myriad of savory dishes – try your hand at maple-baked sweet potatoes for a heavenly side. You can even pour a splash into traditional cocktails, like an Old Fashioned, to give them a rich, modern twist.
Our delightful Maple Syrup is produced at Spring Brook Farm’s sugar house, which was built in 1961 and originally had 2500 taps, all buckets hanging from the farm’s Maple trees and producing an average of 400 gallons of syrup. The Farms for City Kids Foundation is run by Spring Brook farms and hosts programs that give urban children the possibility to be in touch with nature and a firsthand farming experience.
