Buckwheat Soba Noodles
Also known as "soba" noodles, there are thin and dark noodles made out of buckwheat flour used traditionally in Japanese dishes. You've most likely seen them in Asian soups especially, but they're also great when served chilled. They are slightly sweet, and very rich in nutrients. Eat them with chopsticks, and don't worry, it's considered acceptable to slurp these noodles!
Ingredients: wheat flour, buchwheat flour, salt, yam flour and wheat protein.
