Balsamic Vinegar - 5-7 Year

A great everyday balsamic at a fabulous value. From the family-owned and run Acetaia San Giacomo in the Region of Emilia Romagna, comes this spectacular example of true Balsamic vinegar. This aged balsamic is rich and sweet with a tart edge. While most manufacturers use 5 different type of barrels for aging the vinegar, San Giacomo is known for using 7 - oak, chestnut, juniper, cherry, mulberry and acacia. Each distinct wood infused the vinegar with flavor and texture, enriching the liquid.
Ingredients: organic grape must, cooked and acetified; contains sulfites.

A nice, fruity vinegar. Very good on tomatoes.
