Saint Agur
Saint Agur strikes a perfect balance between the richness of a double-cream cheese and the intensity of a blue-veined cheese, making it incredibly popular with all cheese lovers. The texture is creamy and buttery, in that melt-in-your-mouth way, and contrasts beautifully with a strong blue flavor that only has a slight saltiness to it. Made in the French village of Mont du Velay, Saint Agur is easily recognizable for its octagonal shape and no rind. Very easy to melt, slice over a burger on the grill, or melt in a sauce for pasta or roasted meats. Also excellent in quiches and salads - perfect for a blue cheese dressing with wings! Super versatile, pair with a sweet Vouvray, a mild Syrah, or a rich Port.
