Classic Coconut Milk
Roland Coconut Milk is made by passing coconut meat through a grater and then squeezing it to remove the milky fluid which is thinned with water. The milk is smooth and thick with an unassuming, slightly sweet flavor. Coconut Milk will solidify if chilled. Just bring back to room temperature and mix with a spoon. Keep refrigerated once opened. Roland Coconut Milk may be used as is out of the tin as an ingredient. If cooking is required, Roland Coconut Milk should be cooked with slow heat and should not be scorched.
Ingredients: Coconut Milk, water, guar gum and sodium carboxy methyl cellulose (stabilizers), polysorbate 60 (emulsifier), sodium metabisulfite (as a preservative).
