Anchovy Paste
Our Anchovy Paste by Silano comes from Italy, where it's made from the
finest Italian anchovies. The anchovies are ground into a fine paste,
reddish brown in color and with a mildly pronounced fishy flavor and a
salty bite. It can be used cold, and will also hold up under heat
nicely. Use to create tapenades, dips, spreads, sauces for pasta and
pizza, and dressings. Ready to use. Store at room temperate.
