Boldog Paprika Salami

Crafted in the style of a traditional Hungarian salami, Boldog is a mild, bright and sweet paprika-infused aged salami made with pork and seasoned with garlic, red chile flakes and of course, bold red paprika, all encased in a natural pork casing. Boldog is has a great flavor but a pleasant mildness, so don't be scared by all the seasonings, this is a well-balanced, silky salame studded with delicious bits of fat, perfect to add to a charcuterie board at a party. Aged about 6 weeks.

Boldog is named after the peppers that are used, the famous mild and almost sweet Hungarian Boldog peppers, which Red Table Meat Co. sources from a local farmer.
