A: The apricot puree is not similar to the butter. It is not cooked and it has just 10% sugar added to it. It will have the texture of freshly pureed apricots. It will not have bites and pieces in it, it will be smooth and liquidy in texture.

A: This product contains natural apricot puree 90% and sugar 10%. The antioxidant used is ascorbic acid, while citric acid is used as an acidifying agent. Our product may arrive chilled, but can be safely refrozen upon delivery.
