It is pungent, yet smooth, with a sticky rind that fades from a reddish color into a pale, burnished orange-brown. Featuring a creamy paste that crumbles, this tasty cheese is slightly tangy and lingers on the tongue.
Our impressive goat’s cheese is exclusively made by one producer from Zaragoza, Aragon. Julian Cidraque uses the original recipe and thus never makes the same cheese twice. This unique approach creates a cheese that delivers mellow flavors that are a perfect balance of acid, salt and sweet.
