Mustard Seeds - Yellow
The most common variation, yellow mustard seeds are milder than the brown and black variety, so you'll find them in Western dishes (the hotter variety is more predominantly used in Indian and other Eastern cuisine). Use these whole mustard seeds for pickling, canning, and corned beef. You can also grind them to make your own yellow mustard!
