Italian Siberian Sturgeon (A. baerii) Caviar - Malossol
Premium caviar, in a sustainable presentation. Raised and harvested sustainbly in aquaculture farms in Italy, our Siberian Sturgeon caviar comes from the Acipenser baerii sturgeon, also known as Siberian Osetra for it’s similarity in taste and texture to Caspian Osetra. The glossy dark grey to brown eggs deliver a lovely pop and firmness, along with an earthy and sweet flavor. Although it’s often compared to Osetra, Siberian Sturgeon holds it’s own in flavor and texture, and has nothing to envy to its Caspian Sea cousin.
