Ingredients: White Sugar, Salted Plum 25% (Plum, Salt), Water, Rice Vinegar, Modified Corn Starch, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid/330/E330, Sodium Citrate/331/E331), Ginger, Chili Pepper, Stabilizer (Xanthan Gum/415/E415).
