Pico Affine
Most often likened to a Camembert, Picandine Pico Affine is an aged goat's milk cheese with a thin bloomy rind and a soft, elastic texture. Both the inside and outside have a golden hue. The taste is assertive, tangy with a sweet finish. Perfect for a cheese board with grapes and pears. Pair with a light Sancerre wine.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, salt, bacterial culture, rennet.
