Q: Good Afternoon,
I need a raspberry filling between white cake layers ... if spread directly on the cake, does it bleed into the cake ?
Also, after opening, what is the shelf life in the refrigerator?

A: This Raspberry Jam from Hero is made for all baking application, so it is suitable for spreading before baking. We would recommend testing it before though, as the bleeding my occur depending on the consistency of the cake as well.
It has a shelf life of 18 months.
