A fabulous smoked salmon appetizer, we filled buttery tart shells with zesty dill gravlax blended with creme fraiche and a touch of dill. Flavor, smoke and spice!

Gravlax Smoked Salmon Appetizer Mini Tarts Recipe Instructions

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. gravlax or salmon with dill and pepper
  • ½ cup of creme fraiche
  • 6 to 8 small tart shells
  • Fresh dill
  • Avocado, diced
  • Ripe heirloom tomato, diced

Directions
  1. Cut the gravlax salmon into small pieces and add to a bowl with the crème fraiche and half the mustard dill sauce that came in the package. Mix until incorporated.
  2. Fill each mini tart with the mix, and garnish with dill, avocado and tomato cubes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
