Francis Miot Peach Jam is made in France with peaches picked ripe from the tree from a variety of French fruit farmers in Monein, local to the Francis Miot kitchens. Sweetened with sugar cane and natural vanilla extract, stabilized with fruit pectins and lemon juice, their jams are all-natural, traditionally made, and delicious. They have an assortment of traditional and original flavors and blends created by master chefs.
Jams are made with 60% fruit by weight. They are cooked in short, controlled batches to preserve the fruit aromas and rich flavors. Peach fruit preserves should be refrigerated after opening and used within one month. Jams are allergen-free, gluten-free, and kosher.
