Espelette pepper is a traditional spice from the Basque country, a region that is a great mix of French and Spanish, with their own traditions and culture. This sausage is made from pork meat, then seasoned with spices and Espelette pepper. Grill or boil, serve by itself, or in a stew. Fabrique Délices selects a limited number of "All Natural" meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality.
