Long, flat and wide strands of pasta are coiled into little nests, ready to be tossed in a pot of boiling water. Tagliatelle is an egg-enriched pasta, made with the freshest Italian eggs. This particular Tagliatelle is also enriched with spinach which gives it color, a little bit of flavor and added nutritional value. Pair Tagliatelle with bold, meaty sauces like Bolognese, or with heavy cream sauces like Alfredo. Cooking time is 4 minutes.
Ingredients: Durum (wheat) semolina, eggs (23.87%), spinach (10%), niacin, ferrous lactate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
