Dauro Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Unfiltered

This exclusive Spanish olive oil has a prestigious trajectory, being served at the illustrious Nobel Prize dinner ceremonies. A blend of Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Koroneiki grapes, Dauro has a lovely yellow-green color. It is superbly aromatic, with notes of fresh fruit, flowers, and vegetables. The mouthfeel is silky and smooth, fresh with some very subtle piquant notes and a mild bitterness. Use this wonderful extra virgin olive oil for seasoning in the raw, to fully enjoy its nuances. Dauro comes from the Emporda estate in Girona, Italy, blessed by both the mountain air from the Pyrenees and the sea breezes from the Mediterranean.
Ingredients: 80% Arbequina, 10% Koroneiki and 10% Hojiblanca olives.
