Purple Haze is a fresh and creamy goat cheese blended with sweet lavender buds and fennel pollen. The natural acidity of the goat cheese is spectacularly balanced out with the floral flavors, making this a winner. The white dense paste is soft and perfect for spreading on crackers or bread. Spread over a slice of baguette, sprinkle with nuts and toast it for a delicious lunch, or serve on a cheese board with sweet fruits for a pretty appetizer. For a dessert, blend with heavy cream and dollop over fresh sweet strawberries. Pair with Zinfandel, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
