Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Appetizers Recipe Instructions

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • ½ Boursin cheese with spices
  • 2 oz. Scottish smoked salmon

Directions

  1. Peel the cucumber and cut the top off, horizontally. Remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the Scottish smoked salmon in very small strips and add to a medium bowl with the boursin cheese, mixing until well blended.
  3. Fill up the hollowed out cucumber with the mix, up to the very top, pressing well. Cut the cucumber in 1 inch pieces – to make it bite-sized, and serve or refrigerate until serving.
